Keep the conversation alive. Prism Logistics has taken legal action against Natrona County regarding their authority to impose zoning regulations on State lands. Prism also filed against the State because the State Board of Land Commissioners did not award 6 leases that expired in June of 2025 for additional years. The county and state are appealing Judge Eames' ruling to the Supreme Court. Stay tuned...

Casper Mountain Preservation Alliance was voted 2024 Runner-Up in the non-profit category!

In 2023, Prism Logistics was issued and has already utilized their Exploratory License in each qtr/qtr section of SEC.1/2-T32-R80W and SEC.36/35/34-T32-R80W.  These leases expired in 2025. Prism Logistics has filed legal complaints in attempts to have the opportunity to mine sand and gravel in the identified area in the future.
